Sunday September 20th 2026 - Sept AAAC Run Twilight run to the Federations Arthur Clisby Memorial Picnic Day Macclesfield Oval
Steve Thiselton has organised a run for the AAA club that takes us through the Adelaide hills to Macclesfield.
Meet at the CCC Clubrooms 9am to leave for Macclesfield at 9:30am.
AAA Members who live down south can join as when we pass through Clarendon at approx. 10am or just after.
Many other car clubs attend this picnic so it is a great opportunity to meet up with other motoring enthusiasts
and to check out a variety of vehicles.
Entry into the Oval is FREE yep No entry fee.
You can BYO your lunch, drinks, tables, chairs etc.
Alternatively there will be food available to purchase from the Lions Club (BBQ) and at the Macclesfield Footy Club Kiosk.
SUNDAY 18th OCTOBER 2026 Watching the BAY TO BIRDWOOD from Gummeracha
As per previous years we are going to setup as a club at the roadside in Gummeracha and enjoy the B2B cars go past, and cheer on the AAAC members in the event. So join us watching the Bay to Birdwood 19th Oct.
Members that wish to view the Bay to Birdwood Run as a group we will gather at this bus stop (Lew's Café) in Gumeracha.
There is plenty of parking in Gumeracha Oval grounds, clean toilets close.
John Badcock will be there at 7.30, so bring a chair, snacks and drinks enjoy the run with friends.
First vehicles appear around 9.00ish, access is from either direction.
