The AAA club has run organised so we can all travel together to this picnic day in Macclesfield.
Meet at the CCC Clubrooms 9am to leave for Macclesfield at 9:30am.
AAA Members who live down south can join as when we pass through Clarendon at approx. 10am or just after.
Many other car clubs attend this picnic so it is a great opportunity to meet up with other motoring enthusiasts
and to check out a variety of vehicles.
Entry into the Oval is FREE yep No entry fee.
You can BYO your lunch, drinks, tables, chairs etc.
Alternatively there will be food available to purchase from the Lions Club (BBQ) and at the Macclesfield Footy Club Kiosk.

Motorfest is held each year around the Bay to Birdwood event.
It allows people from all clubs and the interstate Bay to Birdwood entrants more opportunities to use their vehicles not just the B2B run.
This year our AAA Club is hosting 2 Motorfest runs which you can enter:-
*** Tuesday 13th October OUR LOCAL WILDLIFE EXPERIENCE ($40 per head)
Hosts the Adelaide Allmake Automobile Club
Join us for a scenic leisurely drive through our beautiful Adelaide Hills and historic townships for our visit to Warrawong
Wildlife Sanctuary at Mylor (founded in 1969 in South Australia). Included will be Devonshire Morning Tea upon arrival
followed by an informative wildlife presentation and your lunch. You can also enjoy a nature walk around the extensive
sanctuary or watch from the enclosure. You may see many birds, kangaroos, wallabies, koalas and even the elusive platypus.
Please wear closed in shoes.

suburbs, rural and military areas to Knight’s Roses of Gawler to enjoy an informative talk on their 50 years in business. Plus
interesting facts and information on Roses. Tour includes Morning Tea. Followed by lunch at a local hotel.

Morning Meet at the clubrooms from 10.00am for Morning Tea Scenic Cruise – leaving clubrooms at 11.30am
Afternoon - Lunch & visit at our newly developed Tolmer Speedway. This is Australia's most banked racetrack. The Vision came from Club President Wayne Rowett, to replicate the famous 155 Pevely Missouri Track in the USA. Built and raced on for the first time in 2024. Created on a budget of over $3M, and funded by the local town, local council and state government.
We are organising an opportunity for you to travel in a vehicle to experience the severe bank angle of the track, for a lap.
We plan to have our cars on display this afternoon for entrants to choose their favourite.
Dinner - 6pm at Bordertown Horse Racing Club, Racecourse Road Bordertown Come dressed in the period of your car if you can. BYO drinks
SUNDAY
Morning – 8:30-9:30am Breakfast at our clubrooms
Tour of Blue Lake Milling - one of Bordertown's largest businesses, supplying oat products to the world.
Lunch - at Clayton Farm, Clayton Farm Track, Bordertown. A gold coin donation would be appreciated, to go to Clayton Farm.
